Handmade by Gardiners, to a traditional family recipe, our Clotted Cream Fudge incorporates the rich, flavourful Clotted Cream from the Clarke Family’s Trewithen Dairy in Glynn Valley, Cornwall.
Our family recipes have been handed down through three generations and we continue to hand-make our meltingly delicious fudge in time honoured tradition right here in Scotland.
Our ‘Och Aye The Coo’ tin, designed by the talented Lana Mathieson and filled with our meltingly delicious clotted cream fudge makes for the perfect gift for a friend or a treat for yourself.
