Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and notify us in writing by e mail within 2 working days specifying details of why you consider the goods to be unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete then return the goods to us within seven working days.

If we agree that the goods are as described by yourself to be unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete then we shall (at our entire discretion) either send you a replacement order or shall refund you the value of the order to the extent we agree the goods are unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete. we shall not be liable for any loss you suffer as a result of the goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete.
